By accessing and using madeinmarwar.in, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Product Information

  • All products featured on Made in Marwar are authentic Indian handicrafts, handcrafted by skilled artisans
  • Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in design, dimensions, color, texture, and finish are natural and add to the uniqueness of each piece
  • Product images are for reference only and actual products may vary slightly in appearance
  • We strive to display accurate colors, but actual colors may vary depending on your device's display settings
  • Product descriptions, specifications, and measurements are provided to the best of our knowledge

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified
  • Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice
  • We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our sole discretion
  • Payment must be completed at the time of order placement for all payment methods except Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • For COD orders, payment must be made in cash to the delivery person upon receipt of goods

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Saturday (excluding public holidays)
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity
  • Order confirmation will be sent via email/SMS within 24 hours of successful payment
  • Custom or personalized orders may take additional processing time as communicated during order placement

  • All content on madeinmarwar.in, including images, text, logos, and designs, is protected by copyright and trademark laws
  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of website content is strictly prohibited

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Processing Time

  • Custom/personalized orders: 7-15 business days
  • Bulk orders (10+ items): 5-10 business days
  • Festival season orders may require additional processing time

Shipping Coverage

Domestic Shipping (India):

  • Available to all serviceable PIN codes across India
  • Standard delivery: 5-10 business days
  • Express delivery: 3-5 business days (available in major cities)

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders within India
  • Express delivery charges: ₹100 additional

Order Tracking

  • Tracking details shared via email/SMS within 24 hours of shipment
  • Track your order anytime using the tracking number on our website
  • SMS/WhatsApp updates provided at key delivery milestones

Delivery Guidelines

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the package during delivery hours
  • Delivery attempts will be made 2-3 times before returning to the nearest courier facility
  • For COD orders, please keep exact change ready
  • Signature confirmation required for high-value orders

Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged, defective, or significantly different from description
  • Wrong item delivered due to our error
  • Return request initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused, in original condition with all tags and packaging intact

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or customized products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
  • Products returned after 7-day return window
  • Items damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@madeinmarwar.in with order details and reason for return
  2. Our team will provide return authorization and shipping instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in original packaging
  4. Ship using our designated courier partner (return shipping paid by Made in Marwar for eligible returns)
  5. Return will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt

Refund Policy

  • Refunds processed to original payment method within 7-10 business days
  • For COD orders, refunds issued via bank transfer (bank details required)
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Original shipping charges refunded only if entire order is returned

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges available for size/color variations in select products
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Customer responsible for return shipping charges for exchanges
  • Exchanges processed within 10-15 business days

  • Brass and metal items may develop natural patina over time

  • Made in Marwar's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product
  • We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, government actions) may affect service delivery
