Understanding Handcrafted Products

Each handcrafted item is unique. Minor variations in:

Exchange & Return Policy

Exchanges Within India

We offer a 7-day exchange policy for orders delivered within India.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with tags intact
  • The item must match the originally delivered product

Return shipping for Indian exchanges:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect

International Orders (Including USA & Other Countries)

We offer exchanges for eligible international orders within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging
  • The exchange request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Items That Differ From Description

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
